1. General Conduct
Respect other players and staff members. Harassment, hate speech, and offensive language are strictly prohibited.
2. Cheating & Exploits
The use of third-party software (bots, macros, hacks) is forbidden. Exploiting bugs for personal gain will result in a permanent ban.
3. Account Security
Account sharing is at your own risk. Staff will not be responsible for items lost due to account sharing or weak passwords.
4. Real Money Trading (RMT)
Trading in-game items or currency for real-world money is discouraged. The administration will not be responsible for any item lost due to RMT.
5. Impersonation
Impersonating staff members or other players with malicious intent is a serious offense.
Payment Policy
Top-ups & Donations Rules (No Refund Policy)
These terms apply to all top-ups, in-game purchases, and donations.

All top-ups, purchases of in-game currency/items, and donations are voluntary.
By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.

NO REFUNDS.
Any payment made to the project is final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including mistaken payment, wrong purchase, dissatisfaction, account issues, bans, or any other reason.

Services are considered delivered upon delivery.
In-game currency, items, privileges, or any paid benefits are considered fully provided once they are credited to the account.

If benefits were received and/or used, a refund is impossible.
If you obtained in-game benefits and used them, no refund can be issued.

Chargebacks/disputes are forbidden.
Any attempt to make a payment, receive/benefit from in-game goods, and then file a chargeback, dispute, or forced refund through a bank/payment system is considered fraud and is prohibited.

Chargeback consequences.
If a chargeback/dispute is opened after benefits were delivered, the administration may, without warning:
- permanently block the account(s);
- remove/rollback all purchased currency/items/privileges;
- restrict access to the project until the issue is resolved;
- use these rules as the basis for refusing any refund request.

Payment system responsibility.
The project is not responsible for errors or delays caused by banks, payment providers, or third-party systems. If you have a crediting issue, you must contact support and provide the transaction ID/receipt.
